Located near Nocatee, Beachwalk is one of the newest new construction planned communities in St Johns, FL near Nocatee. It is a true family paradise with a 14-acre crystal lagoon. The crystal lagoon features a swim-up bar and 2 water slides. You can also kayak on the lagoon or just lounge on the beach that surrounds the majority of the lagoon. It is also a golf cart community and you can drive your golf cart from your house in any of the sub-communities to any other location at Beachwalk.
The community will be home to both single family homes and townhomes in addition, to at least one current apartment complex. There will be future building outside of what is already planned. Dorado
The Dorado community is the final community built by Lennar at Beachwalk and will be solely single-family homes. They will be priced starting at $400,990 and go up to $553,990 plus any additional upgrades. The homes range in size from 2,028 to 3,417 sq. ft. Initial HOA fees will be approximate $298 a month plus a special assessment of roughly $302.89. The community is also the closest of the Lennar built homes to the main amenities located right across the street from the Lagoon.
Atlantica Isles
The Atlantica Isles community is built by Americrest and will be solely single-family townhomes. They will be priced starting at $740,000 plus any additional upgrades. The homes range in size from 2,553 to 3,073 sq. ft. The community will have several townhomes that are along the southwest beach at the crystal lagoon however these will cost over $1 million for the prime location.
The Cove
The Cove community is built by Americrest and will be both townhomes and single-family homes. They will be priced starting at $300,000 plus any additional upgrades. The homes range in size from 1,889 to 3,073 sq. ft. The townhomes will be along the northeast beach at the crystal lagoon and the single family homes will be on the interior of the home site.
Seaside Estates

The homes range in size from 3,028 to 4,396 sq. ft. Seaside Estates is further away from the amenities than the Dorado community, so you will definitely want to take your golf cart to the lagoon.
