Prince William and Kate Middleton spread joy and joy in a very festive and unique way across the UK.

Under the supervision of the National Health Service, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge went on a three-day tour of England, Wales and Scotland on Sunday 6 December. Your means of transport for a short vacation? The Royal Train, of course.

During their tour, Will and Kate met with volunteers from several nonprofits and thanked them for their hard work during the coronavirus pandemic. These individuals included ambulance drivers, teachers, and transport workers.

A particularly special person named Len Gardner was even able to meet the Duchess after speaking to her on the phone using the NHS voluntary check-in and chat program. According to The Sun, Len, whose wife has Alzheimer's disease, started speaking to the Duchess in May and have been cordial friends since then. He told the magazine, "I'll cherish our conversations for the rest of my life. Those calls have helped me because they gave me something to look forward to."
